I've used the Crest 3D White toothpaste for more than 5 days and I haven't noticed a difference the whiteness of my teeth. I would not recommend it to any of my friends in regards to the claim that it helps create whiter teeth within 5 days. The flavor and consistency are okay though. Unfortunately, I do not have any before and after pictures.
