I have used this a lot and it didn't cause any harm. It's great for everyday use and even for children.

The minty flavor isn't overly so that it burns and the paste foams well without the globby feel of gels. The stannous fluoride is anti-bacterial and helps my breath not be as bad as my swears and does a generally good job of keeping my pearly whites nice so I can flash my thousand watt smile in my selfies!
