From my personal point of view and as someone who is working long hours. I decided to have a go on this product and find it gives me the short burst to keep me energised during my dull hours. Would not recommend to drink it daily basis but only when required as taste is sweet

Firstly its light to bring around thus portable. So whenever I need an energy boost, its convenient for me just to drink this small bottle. Usually takes awhile to take effect after drinking but I stay awake for a few hours after drinking the shot
