Nice mild taste and it's good, very refreshing to drink before go to sleep

The samples got sent to me at the right time. Like the cover of the leaflet mentions, it truly is perfect for bedtime. I consume teas before my bed time every night even before this tea came along. But, what I really love about this tea which is different from other teas is that it is herbal & it’s caffeine-free. This tea also entails the perfect combination of all the ingredients that I usually reach out to have in my night time teas to relax myself which are chamomile & lavender. It also contains silky sweet lime flower which adds an absolute divine taste with the rest of the ingredients in the tea and an amazing substitute for sugar which we should not have in our night time tea too. Overall, I’ll definitely be purchasing this tea again as I’m grocery shopping and would highly recommend it to everyone as it truly helps with stress releasing and make your mind feel relaxed. Yoga in a tea. Truly.
