I must say that it fulfills the purpose of soothing sore throat. The flavour is amazing, the slight lemonish tint in the taste works for me. I could not really make a difference with the suger free part, may be because I consumed it just once. But I believe it does the job pretty well. You should go for this one if you are on diet or controlling your sugars.

My grand mother is a diabetic patient while she was suffering from soar throat one of the relatives suggested to use this and it helped a lot to her. So I definitely recommend this to diabetic patients.

This is a nice tablet for those people who face throat Irritation. As this tablet helps people to fight with the kharash/irritation.
The best part of it is it's sugarfree, diabetes patients can too have it. They can carry it as a chewable candies its so handy and easily available.
