due to my allergic rhinitis, it was also associated with postnasal drip that irritates my throat and strepsils gives me comfort. i love it that strepsils has different variant to choose from and having a sugar free because our family has a history of diabetes so i really limit myself from having foods or medicine that are sweet or might increase my blood sugar

Provided temporary relief for sore throat

As a pharmacist, I understand that this type of OTC medication will only provide temporary relief to people suffering sore theoat since it contains alcohol and could cause more dryness. Anyhow, among other brands of lozenges, I still prefer Strepsils since it’s proven safe and effective. Sugar free lemon still taste sweet for me but lighter than the non sugar free variants.
