Specifically sourced for decaffeination by Royal, this lot jumped out to us on the cupping table due to its dynamic interplay of blueberry, floral and cocoa notes, with a brown sugar-like sweetness. This medium roast functions extremely well across all brewing methods and is one of the most unique and flavorful decaffeinated coffees we have come across in quite some time.
