I have been using the Garnier All-in-1 Micellar Cleansing Water (For Sensitive Skin) for years now. It has proven to be effective at cleaning off makeup easily with the use of a cotton pad. Usually take just 2 pads of full face wipes to clean everything off completely while being gentle on the skin.
For the price and volume of the product, compared to many other known brands of similar products, I have always felt that this is not only effective but also value for money.

I find that this micelar water is really good for my sensitive skin. It doesnt give me any skin problem every time i use it. It cleanses very well before i go for my 2nd step. Happy with this product and pocket friendly too.
