These soothing pads really do help me with my cramps and period scent. They come in sizes up to 42cm which is great for super heavy flow and it is amazing and secure during nightwear.

As much as I love the day pads, I love the night pads more! The cooling sensation is much needed to drive away any discomfort the period brings. I feel so comfortable sleeping wearing this pad and it doesn't stick to the skin like some others do.
