If you have heavy flow, I would encourage you to get this. For those with super heavy flow, you will still need to check regularly especially after lying down for extended period of time.

I used to wear this before I switch over to the pants type. This help ease the itch during menstrual. As sometimes the blood will make that part itch… and probably this helps because of the minty feeling :) only thing is that it’s so long, it can’t stay still in my panty lol.
