Delivery was convenient. Not sure why the water tank is already wet when I received the item. Overall, the product works well, and it's quite easy to use (instructions manual were limited for English) product is light enough to maneuver. Noise level is still ok. Self cleaning function looks convenient. Generally, a good product and benchmark for handheld cleaner. Thank you so much, will continue to use this :D

Able to vacuum and mop at the same time. However need to keep changing water. Also suction power quite poor. Also, water container area easily stuck objects, unable to pour out and stuck inside. A lot of dirt unable to fully detach the container to fully wash it

It is easy to assemble, install and use. The design is sleek and nice. I like the design of the holder and the colour, makes it look so premium. and i like how lightweight it is, so cleaning is a lot easier. size also smaller compared to other brand. The suction power is good on normal dry floor, but it somewhat decreases when need to pick up dirts/hair on wet surface. need to repeat multiple times and may not fully pick up all the hair/dirt. I like how I can bend it downward and reach below my sofa to do the cleaning, given the lightweight, moving it while cleaning is soooo much easier. and the corners blocked by sofa can be easily reached now. and the smaller size (compared to other brand) make it easier to reach certain angle and space. However, i find it hard to read the battery level on the LCD as it is not so clear during the day. But the changing of mode (auto mode, eco mode etc) is still clear & fine. Battery level is sufficient to clean my house all over for one time. since i will be putting it back to the holder for charging after cleaning, the battery level appears to be ok so far. need to use a few more time to have better feel on the battery life. Pouring our the dirty water and replacing clean water content is not a complex process. Although I would prefer a bigger water tank, but i guess that will make it heavier & not as desirable. so have to make do with this. Overall, I would prefer to use this to replace mop (ie sweep/dry vacuum first) then use this to mop the floor. there will be no need to wet my hand with the traditional mopping method.
