3M United Scotch-Brite Pads division does not believe their customers have moral integrity! I had submitted a request for reimbursement for an antique Manning Bowman chrome Art Deco tray that was permanently damaged when I cleaned it with a Scotch-Brite pad. These pads are not identified in the store as being too abrasive for certain metals. My family antique was deeply scored when I washed it with the scrubbing side of the Scotch-Brite pad. It upset me so much that I couldn't look at the tray anymore, so I disposed the tray. When I went online to find if this tray was still available, I found one on Etsy for $40. Then I decided to contact the Scotch-Brite parent company, 3M for a reimbursement. My request was denied because I no longer possessed the tray. I spoke with a representative and explained what happened and why I no longer had the tray. Apparently my word means nothing to 3M.

This brand is very reputable. The quality is one that we all can trust. Effectively done all the time.

I like the durability of the sponge, much better than many other brands. One can last quite long before changing. Worth it.

I use these all the time. They are great in removing tough stains and grease. Would not buy any other brand or type of product. Would recommend this product with family and friends.
