I've been to a few sessions and I can safely say I really lost cms in my targetted area. This is good for people who are looking to target certain areas of their body to lose stubborn fats. The consultants and nutritionists are all very friendly and professional. They give relevant advice to your concerns rather than just emphasising on irrelevant points. My concern was my thighs and hips, I wanted to have a smaller hip and thighs and I can't seem to lose the excess fats around that area. Within 1 session I could see some difference immediately already. Really recommend for someone who needs that extra help in removing and reducing stubborn fats.

I recently tried a slimming treatment at London Weight Management located at Tiong Bahru. The procedure was overall ok, tried with my arms and tummy. However, it was a bit painful at times due to the pressing and intensity of the technique. While the discomfort was manageable, it might not be ideal for those with low pain tolerance. The staff wanted me to buy package including 10 sessions. I would recommend it to anyone looking for results only to those who take the package, but be prepared for a bit of discomfort during the session.

Even after just one session, I noticed a slight difference, which was encouraging. However, the cost of the treatment, approximately $400 per session, is quite steep. As a consumer, I feel that traditional weight-loss methods might be more practical for me, especially given my busy schedule, which makes committing to regular appointments challenging. While the treatment shows promise, affordability and convenience are significant factors for me.

went for a trial session. the first session is quite lengthy as they need to take your measurement, photos and explain. The actual session is 30 mins, in my opinion is quite time efficient, as you do take cm off your measurement. However, it is a not a one off session and you need to go for a few session to see the transformation. The session was quite comfortable as they use machine to break, burn and cleanse. The consultant who served me was Joey and the branch was Nex. She is well trained and professional in her treatment. She had 10 years of experience and had explain to me why their treatment had helped their customers in keeping the fats away. She is also very realistic in her presentation. Overall, it's a pleasant experience.
