Beautician was professional. The product used was suitable for my skin. Could see an improvement after the 1st facial however they were rather pushy when it comes to selling their packages

the beautician was very professional but the facial didnt quite suit me. the feeling was great while I was at it, but later I had some breakouts in my face.

I was served by the therapist, she is very professional. Due to acne breakout, she mentioned that my skin is not suitable for the treatment, but would do another treatment for me instead. At the end of the session, the consultant did not push me to buy their package, but advise me on how to treat my skin if i choose not to buy. Ultimately, I bought their package due to the great service they'd shown me.

Initially I thought this facial would be similar to other microdermabrasion treatments like Diamond Peel etc, but the results by the OxyGeneo technology are wayy better than standard facials out there. I was very pleased to note that my skin became smoother (instantly!) and softer to the touch. There’s a bounciness to my cheeks, thanks to unparalleled skin nourishment.

I think this treatment is very good for rejuvenating old and tired skin, caused by months/years of dehydration and lack of care. And results are seen after just ONE session.

there was no pain at all during the treatment. I’m rating zero pain for the OxyGeneo machine, and perhaps 1 during extraction. The OxyGeneo applicator vibrates at high speed, so I only felt a tingling and buzzing sensation when it touched my face. Then, the release of CO2 bubbles created a little warm tingling feel, but nothing major.

Therapist was very friendly and professional, while sales manager and receptionist were quite cold and almost snobby. Perhaps they were having a bad day.
