The supplement was great tasting and refreshing while drinking ! I have heard a lot of tests in the west where plant stenols are effective in reducing cholesterol, this was a good experiment. Although I measured my results before and after the usage the level was same, I think long term use might have more benefits

I was a borderline high when I started, after using the product I am at the lower margin of borderline high. It's nice to see that this tasty and easy way can help you to reduce cholesterol. I enjoyed having Benecol everyday with my meal. Would definitely recommend it.
