Nestlé Omega Plus ActiCol Nestlé Omega Plus ActiCol (Milk Powder)

I always have high total and LDL cholesterol levels. I applied for a trial and was happy to be selected. I went for a pre-trial blood test and was given 30 days' supply of the milk powder. I followed the instructions to have 2 cups of 200ml of the milk powder every day. The taste was awesome. It has a rich nice milk flavour that tasted much better than milk of other brands that I had tried. Throughout the trial, I also made effort to maintain a healthy diet. At the end of the 30-day trial, I went for a post-trial blood test. I was actually not too hopeful that the milk consumption could really lower my cholesterol levels as milk naturally has some saturated fats. To my surprise and delight, my post-trial blood test showed that my total and LDL levels had gone down by 14 mg/dL and 7 mg/dL respectively. Really effective! My total cholesterol decreased from 301 to 245 after drinking this the past few weeks. Taste-wise is pretty good. I swapped out fresh milk with Nestle ActiCol, and I didn’t miss the fresh milk at all! I added the powder form to my morning coffee. I also love drinking the packet milk at night to feel satiated and curb snack attacks. Tasty and effective—Will be sure to repurchase this in future.

I couldn't believe my cholesterol results after consuming Nestle Omega Plus. I am now under desirable range and I must say thank you so much to Nestle Omega Plus for making this possible and giving me back a healthy life. Prior to taking Nestle Omega Plus, I have been tested with high and borderline high cholesterol level for the past 5 years. Nothing seems to work for me although I have reduced intake of gluten products and taking lesser meat until I'd started taking Nestle Omega Plus. Back in last year, upon physician's advice to lower down cholesterol level, I was being recommended to try out plant sterol milk. There was only one milk brand in the market back then (in a green-white tetrapak) and I was not really able to accept the unique taste of that milk product. As such, I consumed it once a while. My experience Nestle Omega Plus with Plant Sterol was a great one, easy to prepare and its taste is quite close to the normal cow milk I had! It became more habitual for me to consume it daily, yeah! As always, Nestle products packs good amount of nutrition. I had lower Total Cholestrol & LDL Cholesterol level now, Though still borderline high, but hey it is just a one month trial so far, I'll continue to consume it and adapt a healthier lifestyle!
