Bought this few times and really love its taste and also the good benefits to the body. Due to its detox properties, usually I tried drink it before bed time to boost detox process during sleep. When waking up in the morning, after going toilet and feel very refreshed and feel my stomach very light and comfortable.

decided to try this, hoping to get some "detox effect" to ease up my constipation. but felt absolutely no effects at all. the only good thing is that the tangy plum flavour is pretty nice.

It does what it says. I bought 2 box, first time i drink it for a 6 consecutive days, and then i only drink it on a weekend or after oily/heavy feast. Recommend to drink it when you know you will be at home the whole day. Liking the plum taste.
