The formulation seems comprehensive and I appreciated that it uses well-absorbed forms of magnesium. It is noticeably improved my sleep quality and helped calm my racing thoughts at night. The combination of magnesium felt more effective than standard magnesium supplements I've tried before. A highly magnesium that help to support brain, health, enhance memory, and improve learning abilities.

I love how its easy to consume and wind down my body before going to bed. For someone who's a light sleeper, this is much needed for me to have a solid sleep.

The pills are veg capsules and it really helps for people like me that cannot swallow normal pills, there isn't much smell and its contents are white. will have to take for a longer time to see the effect to my health. packaging looks great and seems to be similar across the company's products. its a month supply.

Would not recommend !
