This is a good magnesium supplement. For those with sensitive stomachs, it does not cause any loose stools or stomach discomfort. Besides the help with muscle relaxation and tenseness, the added lysine helps with collagen synthesis and calcium absorption. I highly recommend this.

This is great for post-workout recovery and improved sleep quality. Highly recommended for those above the age of 30 who may lack magnesium in their diet (not uncommon). Magnesium is critical for the functioning of the nervous system and muscles. There is also a subtle yet noticeable difference in my sleep quality when I consume this.
Cons: The pill is very big
