I have used this for baking before when I was working in the pastry kitchen. This can make fabulous chocolate tarts, however I find it too sweet if it's consumed as it is. Valrhona has one of the best chocolates though.

Having used this brand for baking, this chocolate bar is one of the best out there in terms of taste and quality.
This chocolate is very versatile, as you can use it for eating, baking and even making hot chocolate because it melts so well and has a velvety consistency.
