Candine is new apple variety. It was born from a crossbreed between Fuji and Ariane (typical French variety). Candine is a sweet and crunchy apple thanks to its parentage. It was develop to be highly resistant during transport and easy to be grown. It is sold loose, in 4 fruits in tubes packaging for snacking, pouch bag for family and in eco-compostable tray for its organic variant.

It is not sweeter or less sweet than other normal apples. But it's ripe and small. The only thing is that the way they send the packaging, a huge box with little items, everything is everywhere when it arrived.
