Bee Cheng Hiang is my go-to place annually for my Chinese New Year goodies shopping and I personally love floss made from pork or chicken. So imagine my delight when I chanced upon this snack made from chicken floss! The skin is light and crispy and the chicken floss filling is extremely tasty.
