Kellogg's Fruit 'N Fibre

If you're choosing a breakfast cereal, you want something that is both tasty and healthy as well. For this reason, I take Kellogg's Fruit & Fibre. It's the perfect mixture of tasty flakes and pieces of dried fruit (mainly raisins). It tastes great with cold milk (semi-skimmed) and stops me from putting on weight. Only complaint - sometimes the flakes get stuck in my teeth! You might need to brush your teeth again before leaving home!
