I have had constipation since young and often find problems with my bowel movements. I tried this one day because I can drink 5 vitagens and still not feel a single thing. It doesn't give me an explosive diarrhoea but it makes it easier to pass out the junk I consume in a less painful way.

I love the paigen culture milk ! I prefer this out of the many culture milk brand because it's taste really good and it has more in a bottle . I don't mind paying slightly more for this !
