Loud, Beautiful, and a Bit Too Brushed
Purchased by reviewer
1. Design
- Classic Marshall amp look - textured faux leather, woven grille, brass logo.
- Feels premium and sturdy; has real weight to it.
- Tactile controls - physical knobs for volume, bass, treble, and a toggle switch for power.
- Top panel includes 3.5 mm aux + source switch; back has RCA inputs.
- Bluetooth 5.2 for modern connectivity.
- Great balance of retro and modern - looks awesome on a shelf.
- Downside: brushed metal top plate feels a bit too “techy” and clashes with the warm vintage vibe.
2. Performance
- Sound is loud, clean, and rich - solid bass, crisp highs.
- Slight dip in mids (vocals not as forward).
- Fills a room easily; holds clarity at high volume.
- Manual bass/treble knobs make EQ adjustments fast.
- Bluetooth connection is quick and stable.
- App adds minor EQ + placement options (honestly, not essential).
- No battery - meant for home use, not portable.
- Great for music, movies, or background listening.
3. Other Mentionable Things
- Build feels high-end, everything clicks and turns nicely.
- Heavy, solid, and doesn’t feel cheap.
- Not portable (plug-in only).
- Limited stereo width - single speaker cabinet.
- Marshall app is basic, mostly just for firmware and minor tweaks.
- Brushed top plate still not my favourite choice.
- Best for: people who want great sound, tactile control, and classic style in a stationary setup.
Final Thoughts:
Vintage look, modern performance.
Killer sound and build.
Slight mismatch with the brushed metal top, but overall - a beautiful, loud piece of gear that feels like a Marshall.

I really love the Marshall Stanmore III speaker. I always use it when I'm with my friends. The sound is powerful and clear, making the atmosphere much better. The design is stylish and easy to use. I recommend it to anyone who loves high-quality sound and sharing music with friends.
