1. Go pro5 has the major design flow - the usb door snaps off and gone. 2. The 4k resolution is not available at 60 or even 50 fps. Only with 24 PAL or 30 NTSC - the same as the old GoPro 3. The formats between 4k and HD with a better fps are not supported by tv. 4. The image stabilizer does not work with 4k, only with some old HD formats, same as the old GoPro4 5. Camera overheats and stops recording after just 20 seconds recording. Not suitable for longer clips. 6. The battery is wasted on the heat production and one can literally see the charge indicator unwinds 7. There is no value for money as the competitors sell the same capability for below the Hero5 Black price 8. The external mic has now USB-C. 9. Be warned about the design problem with the USB door and attach some safety cord?, so when the door snaps off it is not getting lost, at least. GoPro has to recall the product.

GOPRO HERO5 BLACK is now old enough since it has been replaced by new HERO6 to 9. But it was a very good handy product for the travellers which was able to record very nice 4k video at 30 fps (Frame per Second). It's 2.0 inch touch screen may seem to be small for the phone camera users, but it's necessary for it to be small enough to carry and fit your bike, helmet, drone or any other accessory. It can shoot 12 MP still images which are very impressive. It provides USB, Micro HDMI, Wifi and Bluetooth for connectivity which is sufficient for all. It provides micro SD Card slot for storage. 1220mah battery is sufficient for your Shooting of the day. Most of all , it's quality and handy nature is big plus points for it to be choosen. Just Go for it.
