Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara

To be frank, this mascara did not impress me in the least; it was unjustly overrated. My first reaction was WOW, giving my eyelashes a rich black colour and lifting them wonderfully, however throughout the day it kept flaking and irritating my eyes, I had to remove a lot of product from the brush before applying it. I was extremely disappointed because it costs quite a bit and the formula was not the best, it starts off very liquid-y and takes FOREVER to dry, i had to use another mascara on top of it to help it dry. It also made my eyelashes look spidery which to me i dislike, however i know of some people who may like the look. In spite of that, i had decided to use another mascara (won't name the brand) top of this mascara and it actually worked beautifully! I had decided that this mascara needs a friend to work with and ever since that i have been decently ok with this product. Hopefully i just got a dud batch as i genuinely feel that this mascara could perform better!

This has been a cult favourite for many, especially in the beauty community. I wanted to try a travel size of the product before purchasing the full size one (because, price). I'm not impressed by the formula, although it kind of lengthens and volumises. But it's also clumpy and the formula is dryer than what I'm used to (only use waterproof mascaras for my straight lases). It also doesn't hold my curl well. One plus point is that it didn't give me raccoon eyes.

Works great on my lashes...gives volume and produces a false lash effect....simply love the look after applying it
