I personally have dry&sensitive skin that gets oily after about an hour I apply makeup. This was a product that popped up on Facebook so I thought I should try it and got one when I visited Korea.
Luckily it was not a scam, and worked very well for me! It worked very nice under make up as well, kept my skin hydrated and somehow prevented my skin from going oily after makeup. It was a very good product as an over night moisturizer as well.
