I have been using it from 2 weeks now I can feel less mood swings..I still feel hot flashes..but definitely worked me ..I m feeling more energetic

My perimenopause symptoms are more on the mental and emotional rather than the physical symptoms. To be honest, I felt the pills did not make a big difference for me. I did not feel relieved from my mood swings nor did I sleep better after taking the pills. I tried taking one daily but I felt that it keot me awake on some nights and I felt even more tired and moody the next day. I had to stop and take a break from it. I am a bit apprehensive about taking it again. Maybe in a few years time? Just not now for sure.

This is my first time trying perimenopause tablets as I sweat a lot at night. These tablets have somewhat made a difference but they are too big and the taste is not good at all. Overall it’s alright but will it be my first choice? Nah I don’t think so.

A very good start for someone heading towards big 50. It's now my morning routine to keep active and balanced mood.

It's my first time to use this products as I just started on my pre-menopausal journey, I thought I don't have to, but then why not try if it helps my health 🤷🏻‍♀️, I been using it for 1week and I have notice the less sweating during night time, and my mood is getting better, the tablets is a bit bigger than I ecpected but over all easy to drink as no after taste left in my tongue. I will continued drinking it and see, as so far so good!
