Before trying Nature’s Way High Strength Magnesium
I was not convinced that such a supplement would be useful in helping with muscle stiffness and generalized aching. After taking one ‘dose’ I noticed marked improvement , yet I believed it ‘must be coincidental’ but I continued taking it and years later Im still taking it! The product actually works I have less episodes of muscle stiffness/cramps and it helps me sleep if I take it at night.
