Dior J'adore

What’s not to love about J’adore. From the first spritz I fell in love with this unique intoxicating fragrance. It’s extremely long lasting and boosted my confidence. I would highly recommend this perfume

I remember I discovered this perfume when i was a child because it was one of the many perfume displayed in my mothers vast collection. Almost 2 decades after, my current partner gifted me one of my own. I was quite pleased with my gift. Usually I'm always grateful and appreciative of anything I receive, as it was how I was raised to be. But this was a gift that provoked nostalgia and the warmth from the bittersweet childhood memories. The bottle itself, was beautiful already. It stood out, not because it was bold or flamboyant. It is a minimalist bottle that is simple and stylish, not basic. No gawdy accessories, just a very high lid that is topped up with a transparent orb. It doesn't shout for attention, and it doesn't need to demand because it's definitely got pressence. I'm not someone who can detect the notes and ingredients from scents and cologne. But I do enjoy the classic scent this has that reminds me of oldschool Hollywood and the golden years of cinema. I was quite surprised at how high this can go for in the market. That's the only reason for the deducted star - since it's not affordable for everyone, and there aren't many people I know of who I think would rather spend $200-300 (or more) on just one perfume bottle rather than other priorities like groceries and bills.

This perfume is good as it is long lasting and strong I just feel like it is for an older age group so I don't think I will be buying it myself Will still use it if I received it as a gift
