This is my favourite instant noodle. The flavour is rich and creamy with a strong cheesy carbonara taste and a spicy heat! The noodles are thick and chewy, perfect for a dry-style dish. The sauce coats every strand, making each bite so flavourful. It’s supposed to be very spicy, but if you have a high tolerance like me, it’s more of a satisfying warmth than overwhelming heat. The creaminess takes the edge off, so it’s spicy but still enjoyable. A little pricier than regular instant noodles, but worth it for the quality. The only downside is I wish it was even cheesier. If you like spicy, cheesy, dry noodles, this is a must-try. I always keep a stash—it’s that good.
