Neutrogena Rapid Dark Circle Repair eye cream

So, I've been using this for a good amount of time now. Has it actually affected my skin - specifically my dark circles - I am not sure of yet. I still don't know if this is meant to benefit the skin around your eyes for the long term, or if it's a quick but temporary what-you-see-is-what-you-get instant fix. I don't like how it's got a brush handle that you're supposed to keep away from water. I guess you should only clean it by wiping with an alcohol wipe? Still, it seems kinda unsanitary to me... Anyway the product that you spread across your eye lids and dark circles is far from subtle. With light-medium Asian skin toned, I can generally blend with "Light" coloured products (e.g. foundation, BB/CC cream, concealer, etc...) but even I am overwhelmed by how light this product is. It's kind of like glazing a sparkly pastel yellow or off-white eye cream shadow or glitter filter on yourself. The added sparkling is well mixed into the concoction and to hide it, you would need to conceal with make up.
