The Rimmel Scandaleyes Waterproof Kohl Kajal glides on smoothly and gives a rich, intense black color. It stays put all day without smudging or fading and is gentle on my eyes. I love it for both precise lining and a soft, smudged loo - definitely a keeper!

I've tried probably 30-40 different eyeliner pencils and keep coming back to this. It's extremely well priced, lasts on my skin and smokes out very well when I'm doing a smoky eye. Will continue buying this for as long as it's available
