Originally from Greece, Chris Tassios started his business to bring some of the flavours of his homeland, such as Caviar (Taramosalata) and Tzatziki, to the tables of Australians. Thirty years on and Chris’ continue produce products that play to the multi-cultural and ever-changing palette of food savvy Australians.
From our humble beginnings in Prahran back in 1982 right through to today, our proud Greek heritage has inspired the authentic flavours of our home-style dips.
