Oreo Vanilla Ice Cream Sandwich with Cocoa Cookies

My wife and I have date nite every Friday. After work on Fridays we either dine out or dine in. When we choose to dine in we snack after we eat dinner and one of our faves are these Oreo ice cream sandwiches, but we put our own twist on it. The Oreo has a perfect amount of ice cream for a light snacker but we prefer more ice cream with ours so we dismantle ours with the ice cream at the bottom of our bowl, wafers on each side, and then add additional cookies and cream ice cream to fill our bowls. It's been about 2 months since our last bowl but I look forward to my next visit to the grocery store to get more of this tasty treat. We absolutely love it. Very very good ice cream sandwich. The ice cream is creamy, and smooth.. the cookie tAste just like the original oreos. An A+ if you ask me!
