I really enjoyed this Vanilla Ice Cream Sandwich. The vanilla ice cream is creamy and pairs well with the cocoa cookies, making it a satisfying frozen treat. The portion size is just right for a quick dessert. I'm giving it 4 stars because I would have liked the cookies to be a little softer and the vanilla flavour to be slightly richer.
