This is the ONLY mouthwash that I have found which I can use that DOESN'T trigger pain on the areas of Geographical Tongue - white shapes on tongue that arise from food allergies - they come and go. Most grateful for this great working, pain-free Colgate Total Gum Health Mouthwash, Clean Mint!
