Growing up I used to have gut issues every time I eat something that did not sit right with my tummy. I would have frequent visits to the bathroom because of this. Ever since I tried this product, it has worked wonders for me. My bowel movements have been controlled and I had lesser stomach issues. I recommend this product as this is a supplement for those with gut issues. It has I believe healed my acidity as well.
