If there’s one staple in my kitchen that never gets old, it’s Monde Special Mamon. It has always been my favorite companion for morning coffee and afternoon merienda breaks.
Even after shifting to a low-fat and low-salt diet back in July, it stayed in my meal rotation! I just interchange it with my crackers and pandesal to keep things balanced and enjoyable. Good thing, this mamon fits perfectly in my diet whenever I want a soft, sweet comfort treat.
