Tried Gustazo Gourmet Tuyo Mild recently, and wow — it’s tender, flavorful, and just the right amount of savory. I love tossing it over hot rice or garlic fried rice; it instantly turns a simple meal into something delicious. A few tiny bones here and there, but honestly, it’s worth it for the convenience and amazing taste.

Super perfect with rice! I store a jar of this in an air-tight plastic container in my work locker for when deadlines are too tight to step out for lunch. It also helps with petsa-de-peligro meals since I only need to buy a cup of rice.
Even the oil also makes for ulam as long as it is poured over rice. Watch-out for the random whole peppercorns.
