I tried the PERI Classic Flavorite Plate recently and I was pleasantly surprised. The serving was generous and the food came warm, which already made a good impression. The chicken had a nice flavor malasa pero hindi maalat, and it wasn’t oily, so hindi nakakaumay. The sauce added just the right kick without overpowering the dish.
