It is moisturising, the fragrance is good and actually smells very nice. It makes my skin feel plump and smooth after bath but i think my problem is that my skin is too dry that even when i use this, some part of my skin is still very dry and flaky.

I usually use this Dove White Beauty Bar after using skin-brightening soap/ EXFOLIATING SOAP, because when using brightening soap it makes your skin very dry, that's why using this Dove white beauty bar can moisturized and smoothens back your skin and it 's mild and gentle on your skin.
