Ben & Jerry's Vanilla Ice Cream with Cookie Dough Chunks

Oh my goodness, what is there not to like about this Ben and Jerry's classic? Well, I can think of one thing, the price. It is super pricy, particularly for a family of 7 like mine. We tend to only buy this when it is on sale OR for a very special occasion, such as Christmas day. Santa always leaves two tubs of this in the freezer for the children's Xmas breakfast. Isn't he nice? I LOVE the chunks of cookie dough. How do they keep them soft and chewy and not rock solid frozen? The tub is very cute and is not made of plastic - big win. The flavor is sweet and creamy. My family and I are HUGE fans.
