The applicator isn't very effecient and doesn't hold product quite well. Definitely not the best eye shadow primer and won't be buying again.

This is honestly the best eye primer money can buy. Makes eye shadow pop and it does not budge once applied over this primer.
Super easy to apply and really don't need to use that.
