when I had my daughter I struggled immensely with lactation, a friend of mine recommended I try this tea and my milk supply doubled, granted I was taking one other supplement along with drinking this tea, but I believe it helped me.
Has a taste similar to black jelly beans so if you’re not into that then that may be an issue.
