This is a bi-phase eye makeup remover, so you shake it before use. It is specifically designed to dissolve eye makeup, including more stubborn/waterproof products. If you wear waterproof mascara/kajal regularly, this is a good eye makeup remover and worth trying. If you only wear light makeup, a good micellar water will probably be enough.
