Effective Exfoliation with St. Ives Unfragranced BHA Exfoliating Toner

As someone always on the lookout for skincare products that deliver results without overwhelming fragrances, I was intrigued to try out the St. Ives Unfragranced BHA Exfoliating Toner. Here's my take on this product: First and foremost, let's talk about its primary function: exfoliation. The BHA (beta hydroxy acid) formula in this toner is effective at sloughing away dead skin cells, leaving my skin feeling smoother and looking brighter. I particularly appreciate that it helps to minimize the appearance of pores, a common concern for many, including myself. After consistent use, I've noticed a visible improvement in the size and visibility of my pores, which is a big win in my book. However, it's important to note that this toner can be a tad drying, especially for those with already dry or sensitive skin. While it didn't cause any irritation for me personally, I did notice a slight tightness after application. To counteract this, I always follow up with a hydrating moisturizer to maintain the balance of my skin's moisture barrier. Despite the slight dryness, I find the overall performance of the St. Ives Unfragranced BHA Exfoliating Toner to be commendable. Its ability to effectively exfoliate and refine pores outweighs its drying aspect, in my opinion. Plus, the fact that it's fragrance-free is a major plus for those with sensitivities or those who simply prefer skincare products without added scents. In conclusion, if you're in search of a no-nonsense exfoliating toner that gets the job done without overwhelming fragrances, then I would recommend giving the St. Ives Unfragranced BHA Exfoliating Toner a try. Just be mindful of its potential to cause dryness and make sure to follow up with adequate hydration. Overall, I rate this product 4 out of 5 stars for its effectiveness and pore-refining benefits.

The toner is lightly textured and almost instantly get absorbed. Skin remained refreshed and non-oily for few hours. Felt skin gets less clogged after a week of use. However, please note it's only recommended to use in PM .
