I was introduced to this product by a pharmacist a few years ago when I suddenly got a fever as I was about to go away on a 4 day work shop in KZN. I wasn’t familiar with Himalaya Products and just super desperate to feel better by the time I arrived in Durban. I used them in conjunction with other flu medications and I must say they aren’t the most pleasant tasting however they worked exceptionally well. I even buy them when I don’t need them just so I have them on hand to also share with someone who might need them. I definite must have in my toiletries list.

My Dr gave me these supplements when I had a sore throat, due to coughing nonstop. I must say they are bitter they could use a honey to reduce that bitterness...otherwise, it helped and unblocked my nose. I strongly recommend it if you have a cold
