These drops seem like a solid “middle‐ground” throat soother: stronger and more herbal / natural than a mild candy lozenge, but not a medicated pharmaceutical. They’re likely best for mild throat irritation, dry throat, or when you want something pleasant and soothing rather than treating a full-blown infection.
If I were to rate for general use: 3.5 to 4 out of 5 — they work, taste is strong, and the herbal blend is a plus for many. For someone needing strong relief (e.g. bacteria, tonsillitis), I’d pair with more targeted remedies.
